Where's the truck today?
We rotate around the Valley all week — downtown Phoenix lunches, Tempe brewery nights, Scottsdale weekends, and private events in between. Our weekly stops are confirmed a few days out, so reach out and we'll point you to the nearest window.
Do you cater private events?
Absolutely — it's a big part of what we do. Weddings, corporate lunches, birthdays, graduations, block parties. We bring the truck, the grill, and the team. Tell us your date and headcount in the form below and we'll send a quote.
Do you have vegetarian options?
Yes. Our veggie taco (grilled nopales, roasted peppers, black beans, queso fresco & avocado) is a favorite, and most items can be made meat-free. Just let us know your group's needs when you book.
How far in advance should I book catering?
For weekends and peak season, two to four weeks is ideal. That said, we'll always try to make last-minute requests work — call us and we'll see what's open on the calendar.
What's your minimum for catering?
Catering is priced per head with a small event minimum so it's worth firing up the full setup. Send your details and we'll put together a package that fits your crowd and budget.
